Nicely updated 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome in a great location. Only 3.5 miles to Shands, North Florida Medical Center, UF, and VA. Easy access to I75! About 1 mile to shopping and an abundance restaurants. Close to Celebration Pointe and Butler Plaza.
You'll enjoy staying in this cute townhome, living area downstairs that includes 1/2 bathroom. You'll have 2 bedrooms upstairs, each have their own bathrooms.
One bedroom has a queen bed; 2nd bedroom has a two twin extra long beds. The living room couch is a pull out sofa sleeper - sleeps 5
