Positive: The location is great - it's right on the beach. I loved the slider door leading out to the patio area, and then straight to the beach.
Negative: I strongly encourage the owners to have chairs and an umbrella available to use at the beach. We paid quite a bit each night to stay there, only to have to pay about $75+/day (w/tax and tip) to rent an umbrella/chairs/table for the 2 of us. That was quite expensive. The unit could have been cleaned better as well. When we arrived, the floor did not look like it had been cleaned before our arrival, and maybe just partially swept.
Summary: Overall, it was a great experience, being able to spend a few days on the beach!
