The Space:
URPLACE ZEN OASIS is designed by local architect, Anna Holley Avrett, and is one of two 650 SF, 5 room, 1BR, 1BATH duplex apartments in the quiet, extremely walkable, historic neighborhood of Forest Hills. Just around the corner, you’ll find some of Augusta’s oldest tree-lined, cobblestone streets with many gorgeous historic homes. It has ample off-street parking and a small outdoor sitting area. The bedroom has a queen bed, full dresser and ample closet space. There is a tub and shower combination in the bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer. All bed and bath linens are provided. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, cooking utensils, microwave, stove, full-size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods.

URPLACE ZEN OASIS is modern, private, spacious, safe and quiet and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable: large bed, PaknPlay and high chair on request, nice linens, desk area, fast Wi-Fi and smart HDTV for accessing Netflix, Hulu, YouTubeTV, etc.

URPLACE ZEN OASIS FOREST HILLS is located just 3.3 miles from the world-famous Augusta National, home of the Masters golf tournament. It is walking distance away from Forest Hills golf club, designed by Donald Ross in 1926 and renovated by the Arnold Palmer Company in 2003. On top of affordable rates, this public, 18 hole course features a driving range and practice facility, a bar and grill, and banquet facility. The home is also minutes away from the Augusta University Medical District and Fort Gordon. Nearby shopping centers, Surrey Center and Daniel Village, provide specialty shopping, restaurants, exercise gyms, wellness spas, hair & nail salons, package shops, groceries, banks and pharmacies. The area is also fortunate to have Lake Thurmond and the Savannah River nearby, so water sports are abundant. You can rent a kayak, paddle board or canoe and explore the Augusta Canal. At Phinizy Swamp Nature Center, you can go on a hike and look for wildlife. FATS is a great set of trails for mountain biking enthusiasts, trail runners or just a casual nature hike. The location is also convenient to main access thoroughfares. Uber and Lyft also serve the Forest Hills area.
