Summary: Front desk doesn't really care. I told them the elevator doesn't work; I have to carry all my luggages to the top floor. Her answer was " I know". Told her that I got food to cook but there was not a pan to cook with. Her comment was " I will tell Maintenace". I come to Ravensburg 4 times a year for business. I sure will not ever stay here again.
