Recently renovated 4-bedroom, 2 full bath home offers a bright floor plan that includes a family room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is open to the dining room, which is great for entertainment. The dining room table seats 6 and has a slider that leads out to the patio. The family room includes plenty of seating for the entire family with a fabulous oversized couch and chair along with a flat screen TV. Additionally, the washer and dryer are located in the closet in the dining room.
The 1st bedroom which is located off the kitchen and is separate from the other 3 bedrooms and has a queen size bed, 1 nightstand, 1 dresser, 1 armoire, and a TV. The 2nd bedroom which is the first door on the right in the hallway off the dining room includes 2 twin size beds, 1 nightstand, and 1 bureau. The 3rd bedroom holds 1 nightstand, 1 bureau, and 1 three drawer chest. The last bedroom at the end of the hallway has a full-size bed, 1 nightstand and 1 bureau. All 4 bedrooms have a window AC unit and a ceiling fan. Additionally, there are 2 full baths located in the hallway off the dining room. One of the bathrooms include a tub & shower combo and the other is a shower-stall only.
The exterior offers a patio that includes a table that seats 6, gas grill (grilling utensils are provided for guest use), 2 Adirondack chairs and a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. The manicured yard is perfect for yard games and family cookouts on those warm summer nights!
There are 4 beach chairs and beach toys left at the property for guest use.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
