Summary: Good location if you’re arriving by train, as situated adjacent. Traffic is busy and noisy but hotel rooms have good sound proofing so not an issue & provides interesting viewing! We were unhappy with our initial room (dark, no balcony & smelly) and the staff were very quick and helpful, stating they wanted us to be happy. 2nd room was much better with great shower. Breakfast was very good and the pool area was a lovely place to relax. Be aware this hotel has had a few names : Red / Opera and now known as The Grand Plaza (shows all names online) but it’s all the same place which confused me and the taxi driver initially! Convenient location, helpful staff & a great breakfast.
