Summary: This property was nicely located to the drag strip which was nice since that is where we were going. It definitely needs a lot of updates, and it was filthy but it wasn't clean either. The curtains definitely need replaced. I had to ask for cleaner to scrub our shower/tub. It had a patched bottom that had mold growing on the caulking.
