Summary: We booked two rooms for two nights. While the hotel is in a great downtown location and has a nice overall appearance, we expected better for the price we paid. Each room was only issued one key because they had no extras available — inconvenient for four adults. One room had no hot water, no extra toilet paper, empty body wash container, no face cloth, and two burnt-out bathroom lights. The clocks did not work. In the second room, the safe also didn’t work. Our friends staying in other rooms had similar complaints — bathroom lights out, safes not working, and body lotion placed in the shower instead of body wash. These small issues added up and really shouldn’t happen at this price point. The hotel has potential, but the lack of basic amenities and maintenance was disappointing. On the plus side, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
