The huge kitchen invites you to create delicious meals while looking out over the ocean. Or take your cooking outside and use the outdoor kitchen in the back featuring a stove, a refrigerator and a BBQ grill. By the way, that’s also where you will find the amazing private hot tub you will never want to leave!
More views of the ocean can be enjoyed on the private patio off of the master bedroom as well as on the main patio which features couches and a dining table – the perfect place to watch the sun setting over the ocean. The community clubhouse has a huge pool with lounge chairs, a BBQ area and a gym. And you can sleep safely in this gated community guarded by 24hrs security personnel.
Close by attractions/activities: Downtown Rosarito with shops, restaurants and entertainment is less than 30 minutes away. The house is located about 9 miles south of Puerto Nuevo lobster village and three blocks away from La Fonda oceanfront restaurants. You love wine? Visit Valle de Guadalupe Wine Country – the Napa Valley of Baja California is less then an hour away. Golfing can be found about 15 miles south of the house (Bajamar Golf Course) and horseback riding is just a bit north of it towards Rosarito. And the secluded community beach offers great waves – just bring your surfboard and jump in!
