You will enjoy panoramic lake views in all seasons on our spacious 1 acre lot, as well as the large private beach, gazebo and wood fire pit on the lakefront. In addition, we have added a propane fire pit on the lakefront patio. This home provides plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for family and friends of all ages to share quality memories together. This property is a true hidden gem and a one of a kind property directly ON Lake Erie!
Once you are on our very spacious private beach, let the fun and relaxation begin! The sunsets are world class here, and being on your own private beach or in the lakefront gazebo makes them even better! We hope you enjoy our new access as it continues to evolve and expand. In addition, we are blessed to have another neighborhood lake level water access area, close to our home. This area is at lake level, making it good for launching kayaks, beach combing, etc.
Update 2022: We are pleased to share that we have installed our new custom steps to the beach! This provides direct beach access, to our spacious private beach from the front lawn. Direct and private access is a rare and precious commodity along the NE lake shore!
We also are pleased to share that our new picture windows are in and provide fabulous panoramic views throughout the house! Watching the lake, sunsets and listening to the waves never gets dull at our lake house. Be on the look our for our resident eagle pair and their eaglets as they soar over the house frequently.

Also in winter, use us as your home base for steelhead fishing, to explore snowmobile trails or enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Peek 'n Peak Ski Resort, or cross country at Wilderness Lodge. Year round, enjoy the local wineries and our quaint town, called North East, PA or nearby Erie PA and the Presque Isle Casino. Regardless of how you choose to relax, we have gorgeous lake views and sunsets at this large lakefront property.

The gazebo also looks directly across the lake to Canada. The gazebo is a sweet spot on both sunny and rainy days. The gazebo has a large porch swing where you can really unwind and recharge.
Inside, the spacious living room with an indoor gas fireplace is a comfortable place to gather with friends and family in all seasons for all occasions. There is a large patio facing the beach with a picnic table, chairs, and grill to extend the comforts of outdoor lake living. We often see eagles cruising the shoreline hunting and fishing. This is a natural migratory pathway and birding is a real treat here. Our location is great for relaxing, bonfires, water sports, sunsets, swimming, fishing or beach combing. Beach glass and beach art are fun traditions here.
