This charming 2,000 3 br, 2fb, bungalow is situated on a Cul-du-sac in Rainbow Lakes just off the intersection of Military Trail and Gateway Blvd. The home features a beautiful cathedral ceiling LR, kitchen with granite counter tops and adjacent breakfast room, dining room with lake view, family room (with sleep sofa) and desk area, also overlooking the lake. All the bedrooms are ample sized with large closets. The master has en-suite master bath with whirlpool tub, and adjacent dressing room overlooking the lake with French doors. The enclosed garage has a full laundry area as well as another living space with futon.

The exterior features include a screened-in front porch and our favorite place, a large gazebo with soft lighting and teak table for al fresco dining, usually with a sumptuous breeze. You can watch the sunrise, the sunset and the moon rise, all from the same spot! Turtles, ducks and other wildlife make regular visits. There is also an outside propane grill
The community amenities include a swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts and walking trails. The beach is about a 10 minute car ride. Publix and other stores are within 5 minutes.
Additional features: brand new washer, dryer, range, microwave, and quiet dishwasher. The home has two zone CAC plus each bedroom has a ceiling fan. High quality furnishings throughout, tile floors (with lots of area rugs for comfort). The guest bath has a tub/shower combination and the master bath has a marble tiled shower and a whirlpool bath. There are HD tv's in the LR (with Sony Bluetooth sound bar) Fam. Rm, MBR and Lakeside guest bedroom. The property is entirely fenced and there is parking for 2 cars in the driveway as well as street parking.
