This two story waterside townhouse is in a VERY QUIET neighborhood in Channel Islands Harbor with sunny Southern exposures. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, or just sitting on the deck with a good book. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk, or 2 minute car drive to the beach. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE TO PARTY OR BE LOUD!
The decor of this 1800 square foot home is Mid-Century Modern with a Japanese influence. Most guests find that the house has a calm and reflective feel.
The space
This is a two story townhouse with master and guest bedrooms upstairs. Each has their own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed as well as a twin sleeper sofa. A fully equipped kitchen will accommodate the needs of most cooks. There is parking for one car in the garage and two cars in the driveway. The house has most modern amenities including 55 inch Smart TV'S in the family room and master bedroom. Stream your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other services. Basic cable, including ESPN and CNN, is also included.
There is a 50 amp Electric Vehicle charging station in the garage that is available for use by our guests.
There are two kayaks, two paddle boards, a beach tent, life vests, boogie boards and more available to use at your own risk. Please do use the life vests in accordance with the local law which requires their use or attachment to kayaks and boards. Children are required to wear them at all times for water related activities.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire property, excluding a few labeled homeowner's storage areas. Access includes the waterside deck and dock.
Other things to note
There is a 31 foot dock which can comfortably accommodate a 24 ft boat and an attached u shaped dock that is perfect for a small to medium sized electric boat. There is no way to get a boat into the water from the property. It would need to come in via the harbor. There are electric boats for rent in the area.
