Our farmhouse-style lake house is the perfect cozy countryside getaway. Tucked away near Lake Louisa State Park, the house is set on nearly an acre with 90 ft of lake frontage on Lake Glona. The backyard and driveway offer plenty of space to play soccer or basketball. Close to everything Clermont & Central Florida has to offer! Water activities, golf, fishing, cycling, off-roading, horseback, trails, u-pick farms...and of course, a short drive to the theme parks. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions about the area.
The house is set on a slight hill with a large front yard overlooking Lake Glona across the street. We love the large front porch swings - the perfect place to relax and look out on the lake.
The backyard is surrounded by foliage with beautiful Florida trees and bushes for privacy. The driveway loops around the back of the house with a basketball hoop. A basketball, soccer balls, and football are available for friends and family.
The entire house has tile and wood flooring - no carpet. The inside living and dining is open with a beautiful view of the lake out the front window.
The main floor includes 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom and bath. There is a cozy loft upstairs with sloping ceilings that overlooks the lake. This space includes a trundle bed with twin pullouts.
