The roomy, screened and furnished condo overlooks one the world famous Arnold Palmer golf course at Turtle Bay. The Pacific beyond which is under a 10 minute walk from this condo. Fashionable granite counter tops highlight the newly remodeled kitchen equipped with modern appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, plus all cooking and dining necessities. Eat inside at the counter top or while enjoying the breezes and view from the lanai.
This deluxe townhome features a new 4K Ultra High Def TV with high definition programming with streaming content (NetFlix, Pandora, YouTube) and Turbo-speed wireless. We just added an additional 32" "Smart" HDTV with streaming content (high definition cable programming) in the bedroom. Laundry amenities include washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. One assigned parking space is provided, as well as additional guest parking spaces. Tennis courts and swimming pools are within the condo complex. The nearest pool is only steps away and includes a BBQ grill.
The entire condo and parking spot are designated for the guests. The Turtle Bay Hotel is a short walk (about 5 minutes), where everything is available to the public, except for the swimming pool (registered hotel guests only).
