Wooden Fence all the way around, providing full privacy in the back. Patio Set with a propane Fire Pit to enjoy as well as a table with chairs to enjoy a meal outside.
Every room has ceiling fans. All bedrooms have Smart TVs ready to stream your favorite shows. Can comfortably sleep 8 so the whole family can come. High Speed Internet through Xfinity.
Smart locks on the home so checking in is extremely easy. Home features an Alarm system with three cameras. One is on the Doorbell, one facing the Driveway, and one facing the side gate entrance.
Fort Myers beach a 25 minute drive pending traffic. Downtown Fort Myers 20 minute drive. Sun Splash water park down the street from the house 5 minute drive.

Summary: My husband and I and my service dog needed a place to stay near my father’s nursing home in ft Myers. This place was close and absolutely perfect for us. It had a large gated backyard where are dog could run and roll around safely and a pool for us to relax by. It was close to everything we need and very safe and nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and nice. Nice stay.
