Positive: The environment and being surrounded by trees, and the hammock. Well equipped shared kitchen, and, of course the for use BBQ

Negative: The lack of A/C, or at least, a better ventilator less noisy. Something that should be taken into account, from hospitality stuff, is fix all the sinks in the place, they half clogged
