Our house offer this unique chance to live amongst this great beach community and also take advantage of the proximity and easy access to explore all of Southern California.
The space
Our beach house is a two-story newly renovated home that was just completely redone from top to bottom.
As you walk into the home you have your own entry room, perfect for storing away your coats, hats, and your sand filled shoes. As you walk up to the main floor of the house the large living room is filled up by the sun coming through 2 sets of french doors. Our goal for this ultra-cozy yet modern cape cod feel of bright whites and light grey surround you to make it feel truly a home.
No expense spared with technology: 60" LCD Samsung Smart TV with AppleTV, Dimplex HD E-Fireplace system and Smart home features in appliances in the kitchen, powered with Alexa.
The kitchen is the heart of this home. Brand new stainless steel appliances by Samsung surround the chef. Oven with air frying feature, 4 burner range top with griddle, smart fridge and HE dishwasher. Coffee lovers: Keurig K-Elite. Breville oven also included. Drawers are fully stocked with tools and spices this kitchen is ready to make stomachs happy sitting at the bar or at the swanky 4-person dinning room table.
The extra large rooftop patio is directly accessed from the 2 french doors in the living room. Seating for 7 and table is perfect for those who want to chill outside soak up the warm SoCal sun and smell the fresh beach air. A 10 ft" retractable Sunbrella covers the area when desired. Enjoy the MasterCook bbq grill on this private patio during the day or even at night under our glowing string lights.
The Master Bedroom includes a King Size bed by Beautyrest, full wall closets and dresser. The Master Bedroom has access to private Master Bathroom which has a bath tub and rain shower. Large vanity and marble walls from head to toe.
Bedroom 2 Includes two twin size beds by Beautyrest, dresser and wall closet for ample clothing storage. The hallway to the bedrooms is split by bathroom #2.
Bathroom 2 provides a full size rain shower vanity and toilet, ample storage for both guests in bedroom 2 also head to toe in marble.
Bedroom 3 serves as a multi-use room. Brand new H.E. GE washer/dryer, a small work table for the multitasker, and collapsable bed for additional guest is also available in this room.

Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of home can result in loss of damage deposit.
Camper Vans are not permitted within the community.
PETS:
Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring: age, weight, and breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats.
