2. The Apartment is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.
3. We work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoys the stay, so please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at booking.
4. We could provide a Single air mattress and extra linen for you. However, you will be charged $50 per guest per stay.
4.1. $50 per stay will be charged if the sofa bed is required to use.
5. Cot, highchair and baby bath could be provided upon request with a charge of $20 per item. Please let us know when you make a booking:)

6. Luggage Storage
For weekdays 9.30 am-5.30 pm, if you need to temperately store your luggage, please come to our office at 239 Wright St Adelaide SA 5000, you can leave it in our office for free.
Another option is lockers at Adelaide Central Bus Station, which operates from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm, seven days a week.
7. Lost and found property
We only keep ‘lost and found property’ for up to two weeks. If guests approach us for the ‘lost and found property’, please provide your current residential address and we are happy to post it for you. However, guests are responsible for all postage fees
