Pool and hot tub are serviced weekly by a pool service company. They are NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.

Guests enter Southern Charm by walking up the exterior stairs to the front door of the home (which is on the Middle Street side of the house). Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer; the dining area; a seating area with a smart TV; access to the screened porch; the newly renovated kitchen; one of the home's two master suites; and a powder room. On the second floor, you will find a den; access to a covered porch; kids' play area; second master suite; the bunk bedroom; and the home's third full bathroom. The third floor features a seating area, mini bar, half bathroom, access to the balcony with views of Charleston Harbor and Fort Moultrie and staircase to the roof deck. There is also a washing machine & dryer in the home.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
