Renovated, Spacious Unit Perfect for Young Families | Apartment in Croydon
3 Bedroom Apartment in Croydon
This is our family home we are renting out while away—we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Our apartment living space has just been newly renovated and is a perfect spot for a family with young children.
The unit has a brand new, open kitchen and living space with study, a spacious enclosed balcony for a playroom, one large full bathroom with a large rainfall shower head and bathtub, half bath with full laundry facilities, a parking spot in our carport and 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a bunk bed with full size single mattresses and a cot, and the third bedroom has just a cot. All cots convert to toddler beds. We will lock off the nursery if not needed. We will be moving all of our clothing etc into storage, so you will have access to use our wardrobes, bedside tables, etc. Please also feel free to use oil, coffee, tea, and seasoning in our pantry.
Please note: Absolutely no parties, no smoking, no loud music or disturbance of any kind. Police will be called and you will be evicted if these rules are violated.
Location-wise we are less than 10km from Sydney CBD with easy access to Croydon and Ashfield train stations to get you all around Sydney. Croydon is also one of the most central suburbs in Sydney, taking you less than 30 min by car to pretty much anywhere you want to drive.
Notes:
-we only have a couple reviews, as we only rent our home on the odd occasion we are out of town.
-if you do not require the nursery for sleeping arrangements, we will be locking it off.
-Unit is suitable for 2 adults only but sleeps up to 5 total people (ie 3 children).
