Summary: The first thing you need to know is that this is not a hotel, it a college dorm. Each dorm room has 4 locked bedrooms, or “suites”. Because it a dorm only used as a “hotel” there are no fixed signs directing you to the building, it was very difficult to find. I interacted with 2 staff members, 1 was nice, 1 wasn’t. The one staff member was ver out out when I asked for an extra blanket and wash cloths. Also, at 9:30 am on Sunday, she stopped making coffee because “people were checking out”.
