Summary: The hotel itself was great. Lots of amenities, great food and excellent service. My only complaint is regarding the cleaning protocol for the rooms. Our room was clean but there were sunflower seeds in the floor indicating that the room was either not swept or not swept well. The every other day towel and garbage removal is not ideal when you are on vacation with kids and everyone needs to shower each day. When the room was "cleaned" there was still sand and hair on the floor. It only looks like the comforters on the beds were pulled up. Overall, the efforts were just not there for an otherwise flawless operation.
