Modern, small holiday apartment in the idyllic sailing port of Orth on the 2nd floor with a wonderful view (balcony) of the marina. The apartment is fully equipped with tiles and laminate and is very comfortably and attractively furnished. It has a living-dining area with flat screen TV and leather furniture (extendable for 2 people). The kitchen is fully equipped with fitted kitchen, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available daily in the "Café am Hafen". A duplex underground parking space belongs to the apartment, with storage space for bicycles and surfboards. In the basement of the house there is a coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer. In the resort there are restaurants, cafés, snack bars, beer pub, bike rental and small shops, kite and surfing school including shops and a fishing cutter.
