The custom-built home sits on a corner lot, has a 2-car driveway plus parking for lots of cars on street parking. It is in Bayside Ocean City (~4.5 miles to OC) inside a luxury amenity-filled community minutes to the Beach, Boardwalk, Historic Berlin, lots of Golf Courses and magnificent Assateague Island. The spacious home features 9-ft. ceilings, a bedroom and full bathroom on the 1st floor. 3 bedrooms, including the master suite, and 3 bathrooms on the 2nd floor, and a 5th private getaway loft bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. The house is equipped with a new propane grill and some bicycles.
The living room has plenty of natural light, cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace and hardwood floors that open to the generous kitchen with abundant cabinet space, counter seating and dining area. This home is comfortably furnished throughout.
