Great location close to clubhouse, park, BBQ area, pool, spa, tennis court, children's play ground, basketball court...etc.
The community is one of the most desirable and new neighborhoods in Orange County with multiple parks, clubhouses, BBQ areas, multiple pools, spas, children's playgrounds, tennis court, basketball court... and many more other amenities. The location is very convenient and is neighbor to some of the most famous coastal cities, e.g. Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Newport Coast...etc.
Shuttle and maid service is available for additional charge. The location is very close to freeways that go to Los Angles, San Diego, and Riverside county.

Summary: The house was perfect for my family; 4 adults and a 4 year old. The location is great as well, being easily accessible, safe, clean, and only 20 min from the airport. The neighborhood amenities are excellent, multiple pools and playgrounds. My one complaint would be the home lacked a few basic things. Firstly, there was no patio furniture whatsoever which i thought was strange bc the patio area was very nice and private but the only way to enjoy it, if possible, would be just standing out there. Secondly, there was a lack of pillows and blankets. The only blankets are the ones on the bed and every bed had only 2 pillows which felt like the very inexpensive thin ones filled with a couple dozen cotton balls ( i ended up running out and buying a few for the family bc it was a very uncomfortable first night). Another strange thing was there was no decorating. Nothing on the walls or tables made for a very sterile environment. To be fair I know some people like that but I myself prefer a more "homie" or "cozy" feeling. A couple other small things were there weren't but a couple hangers in all the closets, no iron, no shower rack to store bathing items. To be fair, I do believe this rental has only recently been under the current hosts ownership so hopefully, with time, these things will be addressed. Other than that the rental was very nice and the area is great. One great plus I forgot to mention is the double wide attached garage.
