Summary: Our stay at Riad Passali in Marrakech was pleasant and made even better by its convenient location within walking distance of the city center. The riad had a traditional charm, offering comfortable rooms and a peaceful courtyard that provided a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the medina. While the facilities were generally good, the pool could have been warmer, which would have made for a more enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the setting was inviting, making it a comfortable base for exploring the city. The host was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, despite managing most things on his own. His enthusiasm and hospitality truly stood out, though the riad would have benefitted from additional staff to support him. Once he left for the day, communication became a bit challenging as there was no English-speaking staff available, which made certain requests more difficult. Despite these small inconveniences, we appreciated the personal service and the great location, making Riad Passali a solid choice for those looking for a walkable and authentic Marrakech experience.
