Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff was very polite and helpful, the breakfast was plenty and delicious. When we finished the scrambled eggs, we were even asked if we'd like more. The beds were fine.

Negative: Upon arrival, we did the check-in and were informed that the shower is either very hot or very cold, which was the case. Taking a shower was not at all a nice experience. We stayed for one night and at 10:30 in the morning the electricity and warm water were cut, so we had to take a shower cold and prepare to go without light that was extremely impolite and outrageous. The time for check-out is set from 11:00-12:00, and as soon as I pay for the room,I expect to use my room until I check out.
