Escape the hustle and bustle of Broadway in this unique and completely updated 1930s stone house, all while being close to all that Nashville has to offer. The home provides ample parking, a fenced-in backyard, a screened-in porch, and views of the Cumberland River.
The bulk of the living takes place on the first floor which includes two bedrooms and a fully updated bathroom. Also included is a modern updated kitchen and a dining room table for the family to gather around. The second floor includes a private landing area that can be used for additional sleeping as well as a second bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom.
The River Cottage on the Cumberland is located just a few minutes away from the popular Nashville hot spots like the Grand Ole Opry, East Nashville, and Broadway. A car or rideshare will be required to travel to any of these destinations.
