Beautiful 3 bedroom retreat is located on 320' of private river frontage on the South Holston River; which offers excellent wade fishing and a private boat access for kayaks/canoes. Great for a family getaway or a group of anglers. This property is offered by Tailwaters Lodge and is just minutes away from the TVA's hiking & biking trails, Bristol Caverns and the South Holston Dam. You can rent a pontoon boat and enjoy the waters of South Holston Lake. Downtown Bristol TN / VA; which is the "home of country music" and the Rhythm and Roots Reunion, has many wonderful restaurants and interesting shops and is just a quick drive away. The Bristol Motor Speedway is approx. 7 miles from the Retreat. Enjoy the firepit at night after a good day of fishing, hiking, biking, or sightseeing. This is definitely a place for peace and relaxation. Note that the Retreat is equipped with an in-house security and the Ring Camera security system.
