This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom has a full kitchen and living space, so you can spend more time together in the unit. Also a whirlpool in the unit, as well as a cozy fireplace! Located right outside of the Dells, so you aren't in the middle of the chaos but close enough you can still enjoy everything the Dells has to offer.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RENTAL IS FOR THE UNIT ONLY. OUR POOL ACCESS IS LIMITED TO SUMMER MONTHS. WATER PARK ACCESS IS A SEPARATE FEE DONE AT THE UNIT LOCATION.
There are NO Chula Vista waterpark passes included with the stay. You will have to purchase these separately either on their website or at the Chula Vista front desk.

Please visit Noah's Ark website for their calendar and park hours . They have days during the week (Sun. - Thur.) the waterpark will be closed. This unit will come with up to 8 wristbands that you can use every day of your stay that they are open.

Summary: Guaranteed check in was at 4pm when arrived we were told they were short staffed and it would actually be 5 pm when the room was ready then we get a call around 5:15 saying the room is not ready it’s more like 6 pm and they would call when it was ready. We never got a call to let us know it was ready. Good thing we went to check around 7 pm they were were still cleaning but almost done with the room so they let us stay. The fridge was not cooling, the ac unit was broken off the wall, the second room smelled like mildew and chairs were broken. we did call to ask for a manager due to the long wait and issues we were always given the runaround and said that the manager would contact us. We never got a call. The condo was for 14 people but were only initially given 10 Noah’s ark passes because that’s all that could be given even if the room rented was for more. We asked if we could get the additional 4 passes for compensation for waiting so long to get the room. They did provide to us so the manager was asked we were just never contacted regarding the other issues with the unit.
