Reviewer Type: Extended Group
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: good location: nearby main beach, don't need to cross the center of the Poti to get Batumi\other beaches (Grigoleti, Magnetiti\Ureki ("Black sands beach") etc.) wonderful boat trip on nearby lake (highly recommended). p.s. paid separately. hospitable owners (they propose comfortable apartments in case of overbooking)
Negative: clingy and sometimes "noisy" dogs (a lot of dogs everywhere, as i suppose it's the result of national neutering program)
