Summary: The property wasn’t easy to find. We needed to tell the property 24 hours in advance when we would be checking in as reception is not manned all the time. The member of staff was officious and couldn’t have talked any faster. We did not feel welcome especially as we were warned about using the correct key to get in the room or they would need to call out a locksmith. We were expected to charge £50 for any incidentals to the credit card. It was slightly insulting that an explanation was given re how to work the electric shower. We had a room that had a private bathroom assigned to it. We had a key to let ourselves into the room containing a shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom was well equipped with a kettle, plenty of tea/coffee/milk, a toaster and a microwave. Both rooms were in need of a freshening up with a lick of paint. It is ideally located for all activities in the city centre. We do not think the room was value for money
