The heart of Old Town Scottsdale is one mile north, high-end Fashion Square Mall is two miles north, and the Cholla Trailhead to climb Camelback Mountain is only three miles north.
Inside the house, you'll find music memorabilia at every turn, from Elvis Presley greeting you by the door to Frank Sinatra making an appearance in one of the bedrooms.
