Summary: Staff/ Manager, Upon my check in to the EReal / Rodeway Inn, I was offered the option of putting a cash deposit or credit card for incidentals so I gave the night audit manager $100 cash and he said I would get it returned upon checkout. Until now I have not received my deposit or a phone call as of when I would get it back. When calling the staff is unaware and I have been trying to get this matter handled. Please reach me at 408-413-8077 to get this matter handled promptly address. I chose this option so that Ivwould get my return quicker than 7 business days.
