We kindly ask you to check the photo gallery and to be willing to follow up guidelines properly.
**Unisex urinal use is opt to you. We encourage its use in case you love to use the urinal and need to use the bidet. Its use is highly recommended for save energy and shorten electric toilet time running. You will find easy instructions in the bathroom.
**GUEST ACCESS:
The entire barn is yours. Feel free to explore the grounds and use shared seating areas in the main patio. We have another rental suite in the main residence so you may see or encounter other guests in shared areas (main patio/front parking). You will have One Parking Space in front Main-House. Please, Not park your car in front the main garage. You can access the premise through the Right White Gate. Complete instructions will send to you before check-in.
***** For Long Term Stays more than 15 days, a maintenance cleaning is required every two weeks for a fee of $60.00, and includes kitchen and bathroom. We provide guests with fresh towels and linens as requesting.
***AWARE: Please being aware that there is a L- shaped stair with one landing and 13 steps that requires climbing carefully so it is not suitable for disabled people, children or infants.
***IMPORTANT NOTE: BUGS !!!!!!! Bugs are attracted to light and for the forest backdrop. If doors are open for long periods of time, bugs can and will fly in. Guests may leave outside lights off thru the night to deter bugs from bringing in.
1-Available for Two Registered Guests Maximum. No Visitors or Unregistered Guests allowed in this property for any period of time. Only you, The Registered Guest and your identified & registered companion must occupy this property. No renting for another party allowed. Guests must be over 25 years old for booking this listing.These are non-negotiable.
We will send to you the code to the keypad 24 hours before your arrival .
2- If you are a Smoker, THIS IS NOT the right place for you. Absolutely No Smoking, No Vapor, No drugs inside the guesthouse or around it. This includes the use of Tobacco, Cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. This is non-negotiable. Violating this police will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay, without refund.
3-Not suitable for children and infants.
4-No Parties or Events are allowed. No loud music or noise past 10 pm.
5-We appreciate your disposition to conserve linens and towels in good conditions without food & makeup stains or damages.
6-No light candles or open flame inside the guesthouse. Candles are only for decorative purposes.
7-Please, turn off all lights, TV, fireplace, and heaters when you are not in the premise.
NOTE: For long term stays: We require a maintenance barn cleaning every two weeks for a cost of $ 60.00, including bathroom, and kitchen. Does not include the dishes. We providing fresh towels, and linens as requesting.
