Located on Lake Conway in between Mayflower and Conway, our house is designed as a home for rest and relaxation. Enjoy a fully fenced back yard, covered back porch, single garage all on 3/4 acres. On site grill provided (Charcoal not provided) Home includes large eat in kitchen, living room (with office area), 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 twin) and 2 baths.
The space
Our grandfather Romie loved fishing on Lake Conway. So we designed this house with his memories in mind. Each room is decorated with a theme! Nostalgic kitchen brings you back in time at your grandparents farm house. Living room is decked out in all things fishing. Master bedroom themed with canoes in mind, the Legend of Lake Conway exists in the master bath, guest bedroom is ready for you to hibernate in. And there's even an additional "indoor" outhouse. Relax on the covered back porch that overlooks the lake. Picnic table and glider bench make for great relaxation. Don't forget wood for the firepit! There is a security camera above the garage facing the street.
IMPORTANT: LAKE CONWAY WILL BE DRAINED SEPT 1ST 2023 FOR 2-4 YEARS IN ORDER TO REBUILD THE DAM
