Summary: The front desk is only covered for limited hours so we were sent information on how to check in, which gives you a link to open the front door and then programme your keys when you’re in. All good, except it was 30+ degrees outside, even hotter in the rooms and no one to ask for a fan. Why there wouldn’t be even a cheap desk fan in a hotel room at 30+ degrees is just poor management. When we enquired the next day we were offered to bring one up to the room and then they didn’t have any left. There is no air con and no fan- embarrassing. The lift broke while we were there and no signs were put on the doors to tell guests the lift was broken. There are lockers for luggage, but these were all full so tough. If you’re one of the lucky ones it’s great, if not, it’s poorly managed and a bit disappointing. The shower doesn’t have a separate shower head, just a rain shower so you have to get your hair wet every time. The location is convenient and the bed comfortable, but the management is poor, communication even worse and wouldn’t stay here again.
