Summary: The processes around this hotel let it down. Check in instructions are poor. If id arrived on my own i dunno what id have done as you have to block the road and hope someone can help via my partner jumping out. Basically we werent told we had to pre order breakfast (just do it at check in) so we got to breakfast and got embarrassed by the bistro and the staff couldnt help. What kind of cafe cant make a basic breakfast that isnt preordered. No menu in the room that pointed out we needed to order which we established after about an hour of a complaint of a missing breakfast. Ordering of items in the room just got ignored too. On final morning housekeeping knocked at 9am Parking is valet only so its annoying when you need your car back. But its free so thats a positive The guy on the Baltimore Hotel reception is just awful . Hes nothing to do with roomza but he also shouldnt be working in customer service. But there isnt anyone there from roomza so you do need him too. There are no check out instructions so you will need to approach him If you do secure a breakfast as we did on night two, its stone cold. French toast must have been sat there for hours in a box. So poor. Also didnt even get offered a coffee. Rooms are fine, comfortable and the initial snacks drinks are great. We couldnt replenish them though, the room refresh made the bed and just didnt do that bit. They need to work on basics. The ordering of items doesnt work and the breakfast thing was humiliating
