Charming historic finca consisting of three detached houses on a 4000 sqm plot with lawn for playing and sunbathing, tree house, pool area and mature trees. Quiet location near the famous Paisaje del lunar hiking trail. The finca is self-sufficient with a solar system and water tank. There are free range chickens and two cats on the property. Just as suitable for romantic togetherness as for couples with children!
The accommodation
The Finca Rosa offers you a spacious eat-in kitchen, a bedroom (1) with a double bed and a bedroom (2) with a double bed in historic buildings. There is also a baby/cot available. There is a shower room, an outdoor dining area as well as several beautiful sun terraces with direct sea views. The terrace belonging to the finca is for sole use, with a sea view and not visible. Access to the pool and the playground is directly at the house.

Whether pool, playground, tree house or barbecue - guests can use the entire outdoor area of the facility. The pool area is used by two units.

The location of the finca impresses with its close proximity to hiking trails, the forest location and the breathtaking view of the sea. The drive to the sea is unproblematic over a concrete road. The next town, Cruz de Tea, can be reached via a footpath (2 km). (Two restaurants).
The houses were lovingly renovated in 2020. In order to retain the charm of the 120-year-old finca, creaking wooden floorboards, creaking doors and roughly plastered walls are wanted! :-) Depending on the season, guests can get fruit and vegetables for their own consumption on request. (Kiwi, oranges, avocado, cherries, lemons, artichokes and much more)
