Set on a garden estate in the grounds of Bromley Lodge, this cottage is a stunning spot no matter the season! Located on the corner of Eridge Park Road and Harby Avenue, Rose Cottage is in a great central location, perfect for exploring the Southern Highlands. It takes 7 minutes to drive to Bowral town, 12 minutes to drive to Mittagong and 10 minutes to Moss Vale.

How is the property laid out?
Singular level, as you step into Rose Cottage you are greeted by a luxurious fireplace and lounge setting. This relaxed, open plan room then flows into the kitchen, dining and small bar area. Along the left hand side you find seperate doors leading to each bedroom (1 x king, 1 x queen). These are connected by an internal bathroom and a separate toilet and vanity that can be split off from each respective bedroom by a set of doors closing either the main bathroom or the toilet section for privacy.
Wi-Fi, internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
