Summary: The property is amazing and we truly enjoyed the excursion to the organic farm and the cooking lesson with a most amazing chef. Service otherwise was very hit and miss. Especially annoying were incidents where staff didn't get back to us and/or insisted on doing things their way which inconvenienced us, e.g. insisting on one check for breakfast when we wanted one check per room.
