A spacious and welcoming family home in South-West London, ideal for 11 guests. Less than 20 minutes from Wimbledon Tennis grounds- home to the annual championships.
At the front of the property, there is a large driveway, with parking space for 2 cars. Through the front door into the entrance hallway. The living room is on the left-hand side.
LIVING ROOM
The living room includes a large bay window, adorned in white shutters. Two plum-coloured sofas face each other, with an ottoman in the centre and a piano to one side. There is also a television, fireplace and colourful artworks on the wall.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
A few steps down to the kitchen- which is spacious, with views out to the garden. It offers a large central island, with surrounding amenities. The space is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay.
The room also includes a dining area, with enjoys lots of natural light from the skylights above. There is a large, sleek dining table and chairs. By the wall-to-wall windows are glass doors leading to the garden, along with a relaxing long sofa and darts board.
SECOND RECEPTION AREA
Open-plan from the dining area, is a further reception area, with a sofa, several armchairs and a fireplace.
UTILITY ROOM
Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room- with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a Belfast sink.
GARDEN
The garden is large in size, with a decking area, an outdoor sofa and table, a ping-pong table and a lawn. At the end of the garden is a children’s play area as well. There is also a hot tub, which is available to guests upon request.

On the first floor, for the bedrooms. This bedroom offers a King-size bed, a desk and chair, as well as a wardrobe. There is also a bookcase complete with books and picture frames.
