The hot tub is available year round! We ask that guests be sure to shower prior to using this wonderful amenity, as this ensures the water stays clean and clear. If the hot tub is left in a dirty and messy state, there will be an additional cleaning fee.
Under no circumstances do we allow smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside, far away from the entrances and windows of the house. We ask guests to refrain from tossing cigarettes onto the property.
NB: Reservations consisting of greater than 12 persons will be asked to sign a separate rental agreement which simply enforces the house rules, as specified in this rental listing.

This area is very rural, with a few neighbors around. The Lake Province Golf Course and Lake Province beach are within 5 minutes from the property. With this property being in such a rural area, there tends to be a lot of wildlife in the area. Our cleaning crew works tirelessly to ensure that the house stays free of outdoor friends.

Welcome to our peaceful, old-fashioned farmhouse in the rural countryside! If you’re looking to unwind and get away from it all this is your spot! Our home is especially perfect for week-long stays. Please inquire for our weekly discount pricing!
This house is a wonderful spot for large, private gatherings. Perfect for bachelor and bachelorette parties, large family gatherings, or just a weekend away with friends. Private location (with 11 acres of woods) and a vast outdoor space for lawn games, BBQs, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, lounging in a hammock, pitching a tent, enjoying a campfire, etc.
Besides having a great deck with views and an 8-person hot tub, the house is within a 5 minute drive from a beautiful, public golf course, Lake Province Golf Course. Another minute down the road leads to lovely Lake Province, which has a sandy beach, perfect for a summer day! Lake Province is a well-kept secret in the area and is perfect for boating and swimming. Parking near the beach is easy to find and you'll find plenty of space to enjoy the beach.
Our home is also perfect for winter getaways. Set in a rural area, our home provides guests with the idyllic Northeast winter vacation. Enjoy walking around the surrounding area, or visit many of the surrounding ski resorts, including King Pine Ski Area, Attitash Mountain, or Gunstock Mountain. The hot tub is perfect for cold winter afternoons and the fire pit on the side of the house is great for keeping toasty and making s'mores on a cold winter evening.
There are 6 private bedrooms and 4 sets of bunk beds. A total of 18 people can comfortably sleep in beds. We also have a few couches and air mattresses to sleep additional guests. We also welcome guests bringing additional air mattresses, and there is more than enough space for guests to camp out in the warmer months.

**The bonus space (represented in the last few pictures of the listing) is only heated with a pellet stove in the winter. Guests are welcome to use this stove with pellets that we provide. The pellet stove is electric and very easy to use, but we do ask that guests make sure to turn off this stove when not using this space.**
