No detail was missed when designing this home, there is beautiful Spanish porcelain tile floors, custom PGT high impact doors, and windows providing plenty of natural lighting. In the kitchen, you will find a gourmet kitchen with a wet bar, a full suite of Wolf appliances, Subzero refrigerator, and a wine cooler. Off the kitchen, is a chic dining room table and a casual seating area with a sectional, side chairs, a TV, and through the patio doors is an outdoor dining table with a ceiling fan to keep guests cool as they dig into delicious meals prepared inside or on the provided BBQ grill.
The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the second floor, creating a tranquil retreat with a balcony where you can enjoy sunsets and sunrises peacefully and there is a walk-in closet with built-in shelfs. The spacious primary ensuite bathroom has a broad double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a spa-like standalone tub. On the bottom floor are the two guest suites featuring plush bedding, luxury linens and mattresses, and coastal themed ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. For your convenience, there is a half bath and a washer and dryer on this level. The private guest suite is accessed by a private outdoor staircase. The suite has a wet-bar with a small fridge and microwave, as well as a Tv, breakfast table, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

2 cars maximum can park at this home overnight, one in the driveway and one in the garage. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles or street parking allowed, but during the day, guests can park in the alley behind the property. Take first right after the house on Broadway and then another immediate right turn.
This property has an active Ring doorbell at the main entrance.
