This 5 bedroom, (rented as 4) 2.5 bath corner lot private estate built in 2013 is the perfect place for your summer vacay! The oversized private fenced yard, back deck overlooking salt water pool with a Baja ledge, outdoor shower, fire pit and comfy outdoor lounge area will make you want to come back year after year! Open kitchen, dining, living and large pantry on the first floor makes the flow and ease of entertain a breeze. Central ac, Professionally designed inside and out with high end finishes.
All bedrooms are comfortably located on the second floor along with 3 full baths.
