Positive: This is our third stay at this unit and it never disappoints. The location is perfect! Absolute waterfront with swimming right out the front. Balcony is great for having a drink with water views and watching the world go by. Unit block itself is old but this unit is clean and comfortable and has lots of amenities.

Negative: With no air conditioning, it would be good to be able to open the windows more than a couple of inches to let air flow through.

Summary: Location, location, location. Absolute waterfront.
