Stylish holiday house with pool and garden with views over the Bay of Palma.:
Villa Santa Barbara, is a holiday home designed in a modern and functional style, with private pool and partial sea views, located in the Urbanization of Sa Torre, Lluchmajor. Just 15 minutes by car from Palma, 10 minutes to the airport, and close to the Maioris Golf Club.

The house is distributed in three levels:

On the ground floor hall, bright and spacious living room with exit to a nice porch and swimming pool, modern fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a bedroom type office and a bathroom with shower.

On the top floor there are three bedrooms, all with terrace, of which there are two with double beds, another with two single beds. The master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room.

Three complete bathrooms, two with shower and one bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower, a bathroom with shower in the garage.

The house is equipped with air conditioning throughout the house, Internet Wifi, pool, whirlpool, whirlpool shower ...

Swimming pool and furnished terraces, mobile barbecue.

From the urbanization of Sa Torre to the beaches of El Arenal, Cala Blava, Cala Pi, Maioris, S 'Estanyol, only 15-30 minutes by car.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Barbara. The property was very clean and had everything you need for a stay like a grill, a big pool, a large kitchen, possibilities to sit outside together ect. We were a group of five and everyone had his own bed and enough space in the closets. The house is in a very quite and friendly neighborhood and for sure also good for a family vacation. As we had a lot of trips to Porto nous planned the location was not totally perfect because it took us 30 min by car to get there. But we knew that before so it is totally fine. The communication was also very easy and friendly. Thanks again for having us! We would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon :)
