Settled in the rolling sage hills of the Sapphire Mountains rests this quaint home overlooking the Bitterroot Valley. The higher elevation of the property provides breathtaking views and a peaceful seclusion in the quietude of nature. With Stevensville, Missoula, and an abundance of recreational opportunities all under 45 minutes away, this home offers the best of both worlds.
This 2.18 acre property is covered with wildflowers, native grasses, sage, and diverse wildlife, especially birds. The home was recently built in 2021 and has an elevated view of the Bitterroot Mountains, even peeking into the Missoula Valley. At night time, the Milky Way becomes visible and shimmers with the house lights across the valley.
There is a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and close-by fully stocked kitchen for you to cook any meal you’d like. There’s plenty of coffee, tea, and water you may help yourself to. The guest room and bathroom are just down the hallway supplied with all the basic amenities and household comforts.
You will have access to the entire house and surrounding yard to yourself during your stay. My personal room and a closet are locked for storage at this time but you are more than welcome to use any appliances, entertainment or space of the home you’d like. Feel free to wander the immediate surrounding area and the hillside!
I live out of my truck at a private spot on the property when I’m not traveling, backpacking, performing with my bands or seeing family. I won’t approach guests out of respect for their privacy but you’re more than welcome to come say hello and chat!
