The apartment is located in an area called Johnson Siding. It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer.

What some guests don't love about our listing:
➥Parking is limited. You'll have 2 designated parking spots that are big enough for normal sized vehicles. We are not able to accommodate trailers.
➥The apartment is located on the second level of the building. It is necessary to go up stairs in order to access the apartment.
➥There apartment is located in a 5 plex and next to the Rimrock Happy Tavern so the possibility for noise exists. We provided fans in each bedroom in case you need some white noise in the background.
➥The apartment does not have a washer, dryer, or dishwasher. There are coin operated laundry machines located on site that are shared with other guests and our cleaning staff.
➥No central air conditioning. Two window A/C units are provided . South Dakota also has cooler evening temperatures so windows can be opened to create a nice cool breeze
Our apartment sleeps four guests. There are 2 bedrooms and each room has a queen bed.
➥All beds complete with fresh sheets changed between each guest
➥Extra sheets are provided in case they are needed
Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances except a dishwasher.
Other details to note:
-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time.
-Please remember that you’re staying in a apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
-Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
- We collect a security/damage deposit of $500 for each booking. This is done by placing a hold on your credit card. They hold will be released after you have checked out and we have verified that the property was left in similar to condition to when you arrived. Instructions for entering your card info will be sent after booking is confirmed.
- We require that you agree to and sign our rental agreement which details our house rules. The agreement and instructions will be sent to you after confirmed booking.
- For some bookings we require identity verification. If this is necessary on your booking, instructions will be sent after your confirmed booking.
- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.
- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- No pets allowed in the home.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 4 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $250, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
