The space
Recently renovated 3 bedroom (King, Queen, Queen), 2 full bath house offers easy access to all of Grayhawk's and Scottsdale’s destinations. Walk to tennis, pool, dining, shopping, walking trails and golf.
One bedroom is set up as an office with a pull out Queen murphy bed.
We also have 2 - Hotel Luxury Memory Foam Rollaway Folding Guest Beds-Twin Size for 2 additional guests.
Guest access
Guests will have full use of the house and amenities, including the community pool/hot tub, tennis courts and walking trails.

To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home’s cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure request updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
